Our Covid-19 response.
As the advice around COVID-19 is rapidly evolving we are adapting to ensure we can continue to provide outstanding service to you and your pets while reducing the risk of transmission. This situation will be with us for many months and we are constantly monitoring the advice and recommendation of the appropriate authorities to alter procedures, where necessary, to provide the maximum care for our patients and their carers. The advice and services referenced below may change as the situation changes.
As you may be aware, All Creatures on Hoddle is now affiliated with the Evervet Practices at Prahran and South Yarra. We are anticipating that if services at All Creatures on Hoddle have to be curtailed because of th virus we will still be able to look after you and your pets from one of our other sites.
Your appointment with us
We would appreciate keeping the number of people attending appointments to one person only to reduce the number of people in the hospital.
We are providing hand sanitisers everywhere. Please use them. We can also provide you with a face mask during your visit if necessary.
We will be starting a “Drop and Go” service for all surgical admits. No more waiting time, all paperwork and admit information will be discussed prior to your arrival for surgery.
We may call you to reschedule your pet’s appointment or surgery to one of our other locations. Be assured, it will be the same awesome care from the team, just at a different location.
Need medications or food?
With our new online ordering system it couldn’t be easier! To access this service. please sign up or login to your client portal here your pet portal. Once you have logged in simply choose All Creatures on Hoddle from the list of practices and then navigate via the menu to Shop
For larger items, such as food or if you prefer to save the postage, we are offering a click and collect service. Order online and pick up in the clinic, you will be advised via SMS when your items are ready for collection, for most orders the expected turnaround time is 2-3 days.
One last request
If you have traveled in the last 14 days or been in contact in the last 14 days with a confirmed case of COVID-19, or if you have been advised to self-quarantine, we kindly ask that you stay at home and use one of our remote services to get in touch with us if you need our help.
